These two historic buildings were constructed in the 1790s. A series of alterations were made over the years, including an addition to the back of the buildings in the 1970s, but the Broad Street facades remain largely original. Simons Young + associates renovated the structure to house an office on the upper floors and retail space on the first floor. An addition on the roof includes a rooftop terrace and small event space to be used by the office tenant. The renovation has revitalized the building and reactivated the Broad Street facade to pedestrians.
